Trend #2: Healthier Spaces

Research now links healthy workplaces and work habits to

higher employee engagement, improved productivity,

increased innovation, higher operating margins, reduced

turnover and lower healthcare expenditures.2

Trend #3: More Sustainable Spaces

In 2010, the green commercial building market was estimated at $54 billion.3

It will triple by 2015 and total $120 -$145B in new construction and $14 - $18B in major retrofits and renovations.4

In a recent survey, 81% of executives surveyed indicated they believe the public expects them to institutionalize sustainability.5
