perfect method would help me to pray more.  It seems to me now that it is far more energising to engage with the question of why I pray and to whom I am praying.  

David Wilkinson, Principal of St John’s College Durham, discusses his course with Simon Stanley on the accompanying audio, with contributions from churchgoers of different denominations.
