Following thesuccessful completion of previous recruitmentprojects for the client, NES Global Talent was askedto undertake a confidential and exclusive retainedsearch assignment to find the perfect fit for the role.

Our client’s challengeOur client, an international engineering,procurement and construction (EPC) company,had recently entered the North American EPCmarket and were soon awarded a contract todesign, construct, commission and startup a majorliquefied natural gas (LNG) facility.

Being new to the area, the company needed thesupport of a staffing provider who understood theindustry and the local market, with a track recordin recruiting for high profile projects within a tighttimeframe.
