we can get. So grab your rakes and shovels and come on out!

Clubs get your truck decorated for the parade on Saturday Aug 23rd.

We want to have a good showing of the 4-H for the parade. We will

be taking pictures of the trucks and voting on them at the 4-H Ban-

quet in November. The club that gets the most votes will get a Pizza

Party. Club leaders and members please support this; it is such a

good way to advertise 4-H.

A County Fair Schedule of Events is located on page 4 of this news-

letter. Page 5 has a list of Fair Board members, as well as, a list of

who’s in charge of the various departments and activities. Page 6 has

a copy of the fair flyer with a listing of scheduled events to be held.

Communi ty Club The September Community Club meeting would have been on Mon-

and everyone had a good time. We will start 4-H Night at 6:00 p.m.

You will be able to get one go-cart ride and 18 holes of golf for

Photography Club A new 4-H Photography Club is being formed for youth 9 and up.

This club will teach different aspects of photography. It will meet

every other month; it will have guest instructors and assignments to

help prepare the members to enter pieces in the County Fair. The

first meeting will be Monday, September 22 at the County Extension

Office or at St. Ann’s depending on how many youth and parents

sign-up. Please give the office a call if you are at all interested in this.
