National 4-H Week, October 4-10 Looking for ideas to celebrate National 4-H Week - here are some great suggestions for your members or your club. Host a Food Drive, Promote 4-H in a local business, Write "Any Hero" letters thanking our service people. (If you know a local service member write them a thank you note. We will be doing this at the Halloween Hike.)

Make cookies or other treats and deliver them to local businesses to thank them for supporting 4-H.

Ask your school if you may make daily announcements about all the things kids can do in 4-H.

Send a news article to your local newspaper inviting others to join your 4-H club be sure to give them details of who and how to connect with your club leaders.

Wear a 4-H T-shirt to school every day, invite a friend to 4-H.

There are lots of ideas - plan NOW to make National 4-H Week a week to remember and to celebrate and share all the good things that happen in 4-H.
