Sir/Madam,

With reference to Letter No. Tour/JS/MDWS/2017 this is to inform you that the Zila Swachh Bharat Prerak (ZSBPs) have been instructed far the meeting with the MoOWS Secretary and Joint Secretary, SBM-G on the 13th June, 2017 from 6:00pm onwards.

It will be followed by a field visit ta Bhajpur district on 14th -15 th June, 2017, in order to understand the processes involved in the implementation of LSI3A and also to enable ZSBPs to support their respective district better.

Hence, it is requested to kindly allow the ZSBPs at your respective districts to attend the meeti ng on 13th June, 2017 and field visit on 14th June, 2017 to 15th June, 2017 as mentioned above.

"Expected discussion-

IMIS: State to present a discussion on IMIS related issues. Details of the various issued faced by them.

PfMS: State to present the roadmap on incorporating PFM$ in the State. The design of the roadmap prepared by the State, post- PFMS training held in Delhi (6.6.17)

IEC Plan: State to discuss IEC action plan for the implementation of SBM-G. The details of the funds allocated for IEC, expenditure under IEC, IEC activities undertaken by State, Plan of activities to be undertaken by in the current financial year.

Capacity Building Action Plan: State to discuss the capacity building plan, the need assessment of trainings for officials, motivators, masons, Swachhagrahis etc. The presentation might also present the Capacity building action plan for building the capacities of the officials.

The JS- Admin, would be travelling with Mr. Ikshwaku Sharma, Ms Vasudha Kaul and Dr. Bhavna Thakur on 13.6.17. It is requested to make the follOWing arrangements­

• Accommodation/stay arrangements for the team members. The arrangement for the consultants can be made at the Circuit House
