AND WHEREAS on scrutiny/perusal of veracity of the facts & figures as per the application submitted bythe institution, the documents attached therewith, the affidavit and the input received from the visiting team in theform of visiting team report including videography and also the reply submitted by the institution against letter of7(9), the Northern Regional Committee in its 200lb meeting held on June 20lb to 241

The institution shall comply with the various other norms and standards prescribed in the NCTEregulations, as amended from time to time.The institution shall make admission only after it obtains affiliation from the examining body' in termsof clause 8(12) of the NCTE (Recognition Norms & Procedure) Regulations, 2009.The institution shall ensure that the required number of academic staff for' conducting the course isalways in position.'

3. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested under Section 14(3)(a) of the NCTE Act, 1993, theNorthern Regional Committee hereby grants recognition to GCRG College of Teacher Education, PlotlKhasraNo - 7, Plot No - NA, Street No - NA, Village - Parvatpur, Post Office - Kathwara, Tehsil/Taluka - BakshiKa Talab, 'Town/City - Lucknow, District - Lucknow, State ,....Uttar Pradesh, Pin Code - 226027 forconduction D.El.Ed. Course of Elementary (level) of two years duration with an annual intake of'50 (Fifty Only)from the academic session 2012-2013 under clause 7(11) ofNCTE (Recognition Norms & Procedure) Regulations,2009 subje:ct to fulfilment of the following conditions:- ' ,

4. Further, the recognition is subject to fulfilment of all such other requirements as may be prescribed byother regulatory bodies like UGC, affiliating University/ Body, the State Government etc. as applicable.

7. In case if the land is in the name of the Society/trust, .you must transfer the land within six month in thename of the institution failing to which action shall be initiated to withdraw the recognition. It shall be essential onthe part of the institution concerned to get the needful done in this regard and intimate about the same to therespective Regional Committe¥ along with the 'new land documents within the sti.pulated time.

Further, if the institution is not satisfied by this order, they can prefer an appeal to National Council forTeacher Education, Hans Bhawan, Wing-IT, I Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, Near ITO, New Delhi-l 10002 underSection 18 of the NCTE Act, 1993 within 60 days of the issue of this order.
