3GPP FAT OSSCondition:1. Network need be devided to two different cluster type based on the 3GPP inter site distance before starting the project. which will be called as (DU&U) and (SU&R)2. Dense Urban & Urban(DU&U) : Average 3GPP inter site distance should be between 400 to 800 m3. Sub Urban & Rural (SU&R) : Average 3GPP inter site distance should be between 800 to 2000 m4. 7 continous working days Busy Hour per cluster will be considered as FAT OSS KPI calculation periode.5. During FAT OSS KPI calculation periode, the average attempts per cell per day should not be less than 400 times.6. If not all 3G planned sites has become on-air at the time of FAC, the FAC targets will be relaxed in direct-proportion to missing number of sites to total planned number of sites. (e.g. total number of planned sites is 20, number of on-air sites at FAC is 18 sites; DCR target is 1% but new DCR target will be 1+(2/20)= 1.1 %). Max. KPI relaxation on cluster FAC can be 20%, if FAC starts with less than 80% of planned sites due to site acquisition problems.Justifications on poor KPIs on cells covering major coverage holes due to no possibility of Site Acquisition will be given by NAK and will be considered by MCI. 7.If there is congestion due to excessive number of subs according to BoQ and/or site expansion is not possible, failures due to congestion will be excluded from KPIs.
