– the best in Malabar
Three dimensional surgery
demonstrations is the result of most
precise alignment of high-
resolution microscopes, high
definition cameras and 3D
equipment. The idea was
conceived at the Wurzburg
University Hospital Wullstein
symposium.
MESIARC has the best of
everything- high-end microscopes
of Carl Zeiss, HD cameras by Olive
Medical, USA and immaculately
conceived laminar flow, all
stainless steel modular operation
theatres. All OT suites have live to
and fro fibreoptic cable feed to
the auditorium built in.
Still, it required immense planning
by TEAM MESIARC and Mr. Anand
from video line, Coimbatore, the
undisputed leaders in live surgery
transmission in India. By linking two
sides of the beam splitter from the
Zeiss Vario and Movena
Microscopes, and adding Z
couplers to the matching HD
cameras boasting of a very high
resolution of 1920 X1080, the 3D
image is produced.
The images are fed through the HD
DVI cables to 3D mixers and
Projectors with polarizing filters. The
final result is projected on a large
silver screen, which gives the
image the desired depth and
resolution for fatigue free 3D
viewing. The Glasses are passive,
light and easy to wear. You almost
feel that you are in the field,
looking with both eyes!
If your wear prescription glasses,
the 3D glasses fit right over them!
The concept
and the
dream!

Banquet
The delegates are invited to the lavish banquet at IMA hall Calicut where
the live band will be playing rhythm, fusion, western and Indian light music
and the dance floor inviting the more adventurous. After a long hard day of
academics, you surely deserve a break.

whetting your appetites. This is also a time to catch up with your friends and
colleagues and also join hands in a crazy photo session.

equipment, pharmaceuticals and a demo area for the MESIARC designed
hospital information system- the most comprehensive HIS ever made for ENT
with audio and video archiving built in.
