My name is julian sim. I am a full time freelance interior designer and interior decor consultant . I have been working as a interior designer for 13 years and had been help many people like - architects , contractors , interior designers, Event consultant, Brand consultant, furniture maker and home owners with their 3d visualization and home renovation. Sometime i also got request for product visualization.

Layout Planning

Many owner do not understand that having a good layout planning is much more important then interior designer. 

First of all you probably would ask me why , let me explain to you knowing the size of all the rooms and the fuction of room and individual useage is important. e.g. living and dining - What type of sofa can you buy for the living and how big the sofa or 3 seater or L shap sofa , size of the wall feature ..... etc. All this are  important factors to cosider before designing the place . 

So before designing you unit do consider the above mention factors 

3D Drawing at Gateway

My name is julian sim, I am a freelance interior designer.  Recently I was ask to do a 3d visualization for a fashion show event at gateway. And this is something differ from my usual work. I like doing something out of the box or life will be very boring. 

The challenge is that how to present the 3d and let everyone understand it. and for shopping mall I believe you notice there are shops around you. so i ask myself do I need to put all it or leave it out and I ask myself what is my objective ........so I decide to leave the detail of the shops out and forces on the fashion runway setup which is my client wanted .
