Equipment Maintenance Technology Overview

The solution includes a web based and mobile app based equipment and vehicle tracking scheduler,

GPS, dispatch and mobile collection in the field. The capabilities empower worry free equipment

automatic preventive maintenance visibility, monitoring, and alerts. The automation of scheduled

maintenance reduces operating costs and maximizes output by preventing down time on vehicles and

equipment.

The mobile component also includes the ability to collect equipment information in the field including,

user defined data points.

Equipment Maintenance capabilities:

Smart Maintenance Recommendations - Auto recommended repair/maintenance alerts

based on benchmarked material/equipment inspection levels

360 Asset Visibility - Real-time visibility to all Equipment serial numbers, asset tags with

comprehensive maintenance status and history.

Map View of All Assets - Mobility/GPS tracking of all Equipment by Project, Job, and

Activity.

Maintenance Alerts - Scheduled alerts on the maintenance of Equipment with “auto-

scheduling” and work order creation at the Equipment and material part levels.

Warranty Tracking - Warranty management at the Contract, Location, and Equipment

levels. Parts under Equipment tracked for warranty eligibility to reduce operating costs.

Maintenance Video/Photo Library - Repair reference video’s and spec image

attachments to Equipment at the activity level assist in field repairs and regularly

scheduled maintenance. Delivers consistency and reduces time to repairs.

Asset Forecasting – Predict future hours, budget and cash flow requirements with labor,

equipment and material forecasts by period at the location, project, equipment, and

resource level.

Equipment Data Collection Lifecycle:

Search by Location – View equipment by lease number and location.

Collect Equipment Site Data - Mobile data from the field location can be captured to

include user defined data collection including PSI, O.A.T., Chemical, and other key data.
