FITTING INSTRUCTION FOR LEDGE / DIVE PUSH BUTTON CABINET PULL c/w SPRUNG LATCH & STOP / KEEP 1 Fix Strike Plate (1) into door frame. Position required is thickness of the door plus 8mm into frame. Select height required for pull and mark 2 pilot holes at 35mm centres. 2 Drill pilot holes 2.5mm diameter x 6.0 deep and fit latch keep using 2 x No 8 x 1” wood screws provided. 3 Mark vertical line on door 20mm in from edge at height required. 4 Mark centre hole on door to line up with centre of latch. 5 Mark 2 holes, above and below centre hole at 27mm centres. 6 Drill centre hole 11.5mm diameter squarely through door. Carefully avoid splintering on door. 7 Drill 2 holes above and below 5.0mm diameter squarely through door to avoid splintering. 8 Cut thread length on spring latch as shown in Fig. 1 (e.g. if door is 19mm thick ‘x’ should be cut to 27mm). Push button should protrude 6mm when assembled. 9 Fit push button (4) to spring latch (2) and secure parts (2) and (3) through door using 2 x M4 x 30 countersunk screws provided. FITTING INSTRUCTION FOR LEDGE / DIVE PUSH BUTTON CABINET PULL c/w SPRUNG LATCH & STOP / KEEP
