    If have space on mast/ tower, each sector install 2 RRUs, one is 3G RRU,

    another is 4G RRU

    If no enough space on mast/ tower, 3 RRUs can be combined, they are same

    frequency . the other 3RRUs also be combined.

    Installing a lamp

    Procedure:

    Install a lamp on the fastener on the right of the cabinet.

    Connect the negative (-) lamp power cable for the lamp to the 10A (C10)load circuit breaker.

    Connect the positive (+) lamp power cable to the RTN+ busbar.

    2.4 Smoke Sensor installation(2/4)

    Procedure:

    Remove screws that secure the smoke sensor to the right of the cabinet top.

    Dismantle smoke sensor base from the sensor, secure the smoke sensor base to

    the top of the cabinet by using the removed screws.

    Secure the smoke sensor to the base.

    Connect one end of the signal cable to the smoke sensor and the other end tothe SMOKE port on the UIM panel.

    Installing a Water Sensor

    Procedure:

    Put the water sensor in the cable strip in the right part of the cabinet bottom(ensure that the sensor is 5 mm to 10 mm away from the cabinet bottom), and

    secure the sensor with a cable tie.

    Connect the water sensor signal cable to the WATER port on the UIM panel.

    2.5 AC input power cable installation

    Procedure:

    Lay out an AC input power cable, and route it into the cabinet through thecable hole in the left part of the cabinet bottom.

    Find a spare(or new purchase and install) 3*25A(there-phase 25A) AC circuitbreaker in AC box.

    Secure the AC input power cable to the corresponding AC input circuit breakers

    and terminal.

    Note:

    If the AC box cant reuse or re-install 3*25A breaker, only allow to

    use single-phase breaker(at least 1*10A) for temporary pre-

    commissioning of BTS/MW, But should turn off the existing power

    system before swapping, and relocate Huawei power system AC

    INPUT to three-phase circuit breaker(3*25A).

    2.6 Battery installation

    Procedure:

    Installing Batteries

    Remove the insulation cover from thebatteries.

    Install copper bars between batteries.

    Reinstall the insulation covers onto thetwo batteries in the middle.

    Take negative battery cables from the left side of the battery compartment, and

    connect the cables to negative battery terminals.

    After you install all negative battery cables, take positive battery cables from the

    right side of the battery compartment, and connect the cables to positive batteryterminals.

    Reinstall the insulation covers onto the batteries on the left and right sides.

    Install batteries into thebattery compartment in the

    sequence.

    2.7 Power System Commissioning(1/2)

    Procedure:

    Measure the input voltage on the AC input circuit breaker. The value shouldrange from 85 V AC to 300 V AC.

    Switch on the AC input circuit breaker and measure the output voltage of theAC input circuit breaker. The value should range from 85 V AC to 300 V AC.

    Check that the indicators on the rectifiers are steady on.

    Measure the voltage between the -48 V busbar and the RTN+ busbar. The valueshould range from -42 V DC to -58 V DC.

    Switch off AC input circuit breakers.

    Switch on the battery circuit breaker, then switch on AC input circuit breakers.

    Switch all the circuit breakers to the appropriate status based on site requirements.

    Observe the power system for 15 minutes. If no alarm (excluding door alarms) is

    generated on the LCD during this period, the voltage and current for batteries andloads are normal.

    3.4 How to measure the azimuth of ANT

    Step1: Make the mid-line of compass is same with thedirection of Antenna

    Azimut h= the red value found on the compass via theobserving hole

    Record the value.

    Be sure that the position of compass was put it correctly

    Dont test on the tower

    Keep more than 2 meters from the tower

    Keep the compass in horizontal

    Make the compass in same direction with target

    antenna

    Record and call OMC to confirm the azimuth value of all the sectors

    Read the Red number from the observewindow (the first number)
