REGULATION

1. General Provisions.

35° Milone Trophy Senior International Tournament Greco Roman, Memorial Matteo Pellicone, will be organized by

the Polisportiva Athlon Sassari and the Italian Wrestling Federation (Federazione Italiana Judo Lotta Karate Arti

Marziali).

2. Date and place of the competition.

Competitions will be held from 28 May, 2016.

Venue: Palestra Comunale "Gigi Santoru", Via Rizzeddu 31, Sassari, Italy

Date of arrival: May 26, 2016

Date of departure: May 29, 2016

3. Participation.

Nations invited to take part in the competition:

Delegations received the official invitations will be admitted to participate in the following composition:

4. Formalities for Admission of the Clubs.

Countries can participate with more than one club; each club will be marked by a letter ( eg. Italy A - Italy B) but clubs

will not be admitted to the classification for the nations. Each club must provide to support its own costs of

accommodation and meals.

5. Technical conditions.

Competitions will be held subject to the Regulations of International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles –

United World Wrestling in the following weight cat.:

men 59, 66, 71,75,80, 85, 98, 130 kg - Tolerance 2 kg allowed.

6. Refereeing

Referees of International category are admitted to officiate the competition. All the referees called for the meeting

must show the valid United World Wrestling licence for the year 2016.

7. Financial conditions

The travel expenses of delegations to the place of competition and its departure will be born by the sending National

Federations.

Hotel fares: €uro 72,00 per person, per night (full board); Room types: double, triple, quadruple.

For a single room there is a surcharge of € 15 per person per day.

8. Logistic Organization

The organization will take care of the following services:

- Reception and seeing off the delegations in Sassari;

- Meals and accommodation in a hotel (4 stars) in Stintino resort - Sassari on 26 May - 29 May 2016

- Local transport on the arrival & departure days of participants, training and cultural program. Transfers by private

buses from Fertilia Airport (Alghero - AHO) to the hotel and return are included for all the delegations that will

communicate their date and time of arrival and departure.

Location: the Hotel is situated in Stintino, Sassari area, at a distance of 300 meters from the equipped beach. Hotel

facilities: restaurant, bar, swimming pool, gymnasium ( in order to carry on trainings before the wrestling competition

will be supplied with a mattress and a weighing scale )

In conformity with the international federations:

All the delegations are gently asked to schedule rigorously with anticipation their arrival and departure dates as well

as the program of their staying at the Hotel in Stintino, ( Sassari area ):

Arrival to Sassari : not earlier than May 26, 2017

Departure from Sassari : within May 29, 2016

9. Awarding.

Prize for the athlets:

1° Gold Medal - Diploma;

2° Silver Medal - Diploma;

3° Bronze Medal - Diploma;

10. Admission.

The entries must be sent to the Organizing Committee or Italian Wrestling Federation (FIJLKAM) as follows:

- Preliminary applications for admission must arrive to the “Polisportiva ATHLON Club Sassari”

( address: Via Giagumona, 73 – 07100 Sassari (SS) – Italy ) , not after March 30, 2016.

- Personal applications must be sent to the “Polisportiva ATHLON Club” ( address: Via Giagumona, 73 – 07100 Sassari

(SS)- Italy ) , not after April 30, 2016.

- The final application must arrive not after May 23, 2016 at the same address, at least 6 hours before the beginning of

the formalities for the registration of the official weight.

11) Organization: Logistics and Transfers:

The organization offers a free transfer service bound to a time table, in order to guarantee a precise and efficient

service, the use of the free tranfers arranged by the organization must be booked in advance both incoming and

outgoing, in case of non-reservation this service will not be guaranteed.

Arrival of delegations at Alghero airport, transfer to the Hotel Cala Rosa Stintino is guaranteed free of charge by the

organization according to a precise timetable.

No. 4 free transfers will be available, exclusively at the following times:

• Morning: 9:00 ; 11:00

• Afternoon: 15:00 ; 17:00.

Departure of delegations from Hotel Cala Rosa Stintino for Alghero airport transfer is guaranteed free of charge by the

organization according to a precise timetable.

• Morning: 8:00 ; 11:00

• Afternoon: 15:30 ; 18:00

NB: all delegations composed of executives, Team Leaders, Officials, Technicians and Athletes, who decide not to take

advantage of the free transfers at established time by the organization, both incoming and outgoing, as described

above, may provide by themselves and at their own expenses for transport, using any alternative transport (local

Public transport Service, Taxi, car rental etc.).

12. Visa Passport:

To get the visas, each delegation has to provide the Italian embassy in its own country the formal invitation of the

international meeting, stating clearly all the names of their members.

N.B. All the delegation taking part in the competition must send to the organizer committee the final list of the names

of their members at least 50 days before their departure, in order to get the visas for the admission to Italy - the

Polisportiva Athlon officially invited your National Team of Freestyle Male and Female and Greco Roman Wrestling,

Senior and Junior for the NEW Sardinia Training Camp, specifically designed to improve the quality and technical

knowledge tactics of the most promising athletes in the international Wrestling, to be held in Italy - Sardinia in the

resort place of Stintino (Sassari) from May 30 to June 08 2016.

This stage will last for 10 days, which will be held daily training sessions in cooperation with other national teams,

alternating with short break during which you can enjoy the wonderful location that Stintino is , with its beaches

and the fishing village, to make the most of your holiday between sport and tourism.

Good training partners and coaches are a key part of the development in this discipline. Carry out training

workshops, share techniques and knowledge with athletes and coaches from several National Teams from all over

the world you will greatly enhance your skills and knowledge in this sport. You will also have the opportunity to

perform, as well as group training, exclusive training sessions, a great solution for your team, in agreement with the

other teams. The detailed program of the event, divided by time periods and styles, will be established with the

leaders of the participating federation, in order to ensure better success.

Attached on this brochure you can find the official registration form. Costs incurred by you will only be referred to

the accommodation at the hotel, according to the price established by the Convention, and transport costs. The

organization of Polisportiva Athlon will make available to your team not only his experience and professionalism,

but also the entire structure of the sport Palasport of Stintino, which will host the training Camp with three

wrestling mats, as well as changing rooms and toilets at your complete full availability.
