registeredshallberecordedsimultaneouslyintheauctionformsandauctionsheeton

thedayofauctiononly. Thereafter noincusionofnamesforregistrationwillbe

entertained,exceptfamilymembersi.ewife,husband,sonanddaughterinlawwith

proof.

15Intheeventofchangeofnameifanyitshallbeintimatedbythesuccessfulbidderto

theauctioningauthoritybeforetheclosureoftheauctionprocess.

16TheManagingDirectoristhefinalauthorityeithertoacceptortorejectanyorallthe

bidsandreservetherighttocancelthetender-cum-auctionwithoutassigningany

announcedpriortoconductingtheopenauction.

27TheAPRSCLwillnottakeanyresponsibilityfordelayinreleaseofconnections.

28ThenominationgivenintheapplicationisvalidtillthePlot/Siteisregisteredinfavour

oftheapplicant/allottee.

29IntimationofConfirmationofauctionorotherwiseasthecasemaybe,willbesentbyRegisteredPosttotheaddressgivenintheapplication.Incaseofnon-receiptofsuch

31Inallmattersofdoubtsordisputesorinrespectofanymatternotprovidedforinthese

termsandconditions,thedecisionoftheManagingDirector,APRSCLshallbefinaland
