Re: 50 Shades of Green LLC, #14956

Dear 50 Shades of Green LLC:

At the October 16-17, 2018, meeting of the Marijuana Control Board in Kenai, Alaska, the board determined that your proposed location for a standard marijuana cultivation facility does not violate 3 AAC 306.010. The board also rescinded their approval from August of 2018 and upheld the protest of your license application by the City of Houston with a 120-day abeyance. This means that the City of Houston must withdraw its protest of your license application by February 28, 2019; otherwise the application is denied. The city protested the application due to a violation of a city buffer requirement for which a variance is required.

Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

Sincerely,

Erika McConnell Director
