After that, Pick Up must be left Store before 17:00hrs.

On transferring Place Dispatch cartons unload Adda wise.

Transport Adda Incharge check the dispatch quantity and make a Builty of

expense.

Transport Adda Incharge Marked Those Cartons With Builty No And

Destination.

After that, dispatches sent to distributor place into 2,3 days.

Accounts department generate the invoice for billing.

The dispatcher will:

Inspect all the dispatches carefully in dispatch advice.

Dispatcher dispatch DA wise quantity to the distributor.

Dispatcher ensure that no liquid product compile with peel products.

Start picking and put it on the bay.

Dispatcher will ensure that no case damage or expire form picked

stock.

Mark every box with the total number of Dispatch Quantity.

Ensure that low weight product does not pack at the bottom of the carton

due to damage risk.

On the bay, ensure that stock positioned party wise for final checking.

After that, Dispatcher ensure that vehicle load party wise to minimize the

wrong dispatch.

Firstly Accounts Department Response To Warehouse As Early As

Possible.

Accounts Department Check The Zero Balance Report On Daily Basis To

Minimize The Numbers Of Mistakes In Dispatch Advice Amendment.

Check The Quantity Of Boxes Specifically, Accounts Department Given

Dispatch Advice To Us In Boxes Not In Pieces To Minimize The

Modification Of Dispatch Advice.

Stock Report Share After Physically Check The Stock To Decrease The

Chances Of Mistakes.

After Closing, No Stock Will Dispatched To The Distributor.

Accounts Department must Send Back the Dispatch Advice as a Amended

Goods Return Procedure SOP

BLESSO

The Customer Will Pay Return Freight Charges. The Customer Is

Responsible For All Duties/Taxes Incurred.

If The Returned Material Is Deemed To Be Scrap, The Customer Will Be

Notified And Then Asked What They Want Done With The Goods. The

Customer Will Have 10 Business Days To Respond. If No Response Is

Received, The Goods Will Be Scrapped And Disposed Of. No Credit Will Be

Issued. The Customer May Be Responsible For Any Scrap Charges Related

To Disposal Of The Returned Materials.

Stocking Distributor returns must contain only items on the returnable list

which were purchased within the previous 12 months. Return of higher

quantities other than what was originally shipped will not be authorized.

The distributor will pay shipping both ways and is responsible for all

duties/taxes incurred.


All Goods To Be Returned Must Be Announced In Advance.

Return Goods Must Be In Cartons. Other Wise No Credit Will Be Issue.

Send The Damage Detail In Advance And Also Mention On The Cartons

That What Is Inside.

Credit Only Issue For Damage & Expire Products.

There must only be one shipment per return, and the shipments must

come from one location. Partial shipments will not be accepted.

If all of the above conditions are met, there will be no restocking fees.

Minimize The Cost e.g. Carriage Expense, Loading Unloading Charges

Time Of Dispatches.

Dispatches Must Be Receive Before 10:30 Am.

Dispatches, Short Or Excess Dispatch To The Distributor.

Regular Attendance Required For Smooth Working.
