300g Rice Thawed2 eggs2 tbsp Finely Chopped Chinese Dried Radish or Cooked Ham1 tbsp Chopped Green Onion1/4 tsp Ginseng Powder3 tbsp Vegetable oil1 tsp Chicken Soup Base Powder1/2 tsp Salt / White Pepper1 tsp Soya SauceStep:1.Heat 2 1/2 tbsp oil in pan.2.Beat 1 egg and pour into pan and fry the egg until turn brown.3.Add rice, stir well into egg.4.Add dried radish or ham , green onion and mix5.Add ginseng powder, soup base, salt, white pepper mix.6.Add soya sauce stir in, put on plate.7.Pan fry the last egg, put on top of rice.
