Enter your badge number (located on your onsite name badge) and create a password.

Complete the demographic information requested.

Select which certificate(s) you need (see list on next page). Print a receipt.

This program has been approved by NBCC for NBCC Credit. The Charlotte Area Health Education Center and the

National Council are cosponsors of this program. This co-sponsorship has been approved by NBCC. Charlotte Area Health

Education Center is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 5096. The ACEP solely is responsible

for this program, including the awarding of NBCC credit.

This program has been approved by NAADAC for NAADAC Credit. Charlotte AHEC is recognized by the National

Association for Addiction Professionals as a NAADAC Approved Education Provider (Provider #166465).

The Compliance Certification Board (CCB) This education activity has been submitted to the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® and is currently pending their

review for approval of CCB CEUs.

For individuals applying for the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy’s (NASBA) CPE credits at the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare’s 2017 National Council Conference, April 3-5, 2017 in Seattle, Washington. The delivery method of educational instruction is “Group-Live.” Sessions are approved for the following fields of study: business management and organization, finance, personal development, personnel and human resources, and specialized knowledge and application (ex. healthcare, HIPAA compliance). The Program Level is Intermediate. For prerequisites, attendees need a basic understanding of how the public behavioral health system works and how services are delivered and paid for. No advanced preparation is required. An attendee can earn up to 15 CPE credits for attending the full conference. In addition, an attendee can earn 6.5 CPE credits for attending a qualifying preconference university.

CE and CME Credit must be requested and online evaluations completed within 30 days of the conference – by Friday, May 5, 2017.
