Welcome

I hear so many entrepreneurs say that time is the biggest obstacle to keeping fit and healthy. More often than not, when I press them on it, it is revealed that it has more to do with apathy.

We all have time on our hands, even if we don't see it. And we always make time for the things we value. We all know that health should be something we

value but in all honesty, we don't apply enough effort. Therefore, we need to give ourselves a reason to make time. Here are three ideas to help you get kick started.

1. Make It Something You Enjoy

The gym is boring. You know it, I know it, the whole world knows it. How many people do you know will sign up for a gym membership and would have

forgotten all about it after a couple of months? As a youngster, you would have played all kinds of activities and sports. Get back into some of those.

You'll have more fun, you'll want to do it regularly

and you'll get better results.

2. Train In Groups

Training alone is boring. You know it.......and so on. How much would you really get out of a workout by

doing it alone? Longer rest periods and perhaps a few less reps than intended. How much more benefit could you get from a group

setting? Banter for a start, which will help you enjoy

it more. You'll also be challenged by competition. Not

wanting to lose face, you'll give it your all.

3. Set Goals

To say you want to keep fit and be healthy is great.

You may hit the gym and/or order better foods with which to fuel your body.

How tangible is that though? What is it that you

really want to achieve? To run a marathon? To

compete in a Strongman competition? You may not

set goals like this because you think you are 'past it'. You can definitely recapture it. You just need that desire back.
