1) Connect the HDMI source device to the transmitter HDMI input port.
2) Connect the HDMI display device to the receiver HDMI input port.

Q: The data transmission LED indicator of the transmitter blinks slowly,
but there is no signal output on the display/monitor.
A: 1) Please verify that the source device is outputting an HDMI signal
to the transmitter
2) Try connecting the source device directly to your display device to
confirm there is an HDMI output signal from your source device. You
may also try a different HDMI source device and different HDMI
cable with your wireless transmitter.
4) Remove other wireless signal interference from your environment
and remove any obstructions preventing clear line of sight between
transmitter and receiver.
