My background
As one involved in non-profits, an enjoyable task is to help people follow a process to identify organizations that match their values and goals. This is the process I follow when considering whether to offer sizeable support to a non-profit organization.
My role as board secretary includes initiating processes to optimize internal cooperation and continuity, allowing board colleagues to focus on outreach and funding opportunities.
