AUTOMATIC GATE BARRIER SYSTEM FOR INSTALLATION ON DECEMBER1,

2012 • Rationale: • The Multinational Village Homeowners’

Association, Inc. (MVHAI), thru its Security Committee, has embarked on a project to automate the gate barriers in its three gates. It is envisioned that the boom barriers will automatically rise upon electronic recognition of the stickers installed on the vehicles that are allowed access into the Village.

Page 35: 3 rd Quarter General Assembly

Key Components• 10,000 pcs. of machine readable

stickers;• 2 units reader with range of at least 5

meters, with option to add 4 more;• Software license;• Vehicle detectors;• 2 units 3 meter boom;• Other materials necessary to

operationalize the automatic gate barrier system as envisioned.
