The Executive Board Report was given by Rue Dell Smith. EXECUTIVE BOARD REPORT: Since the resignation·of Rev. Richard Terry, only Elwin Clifton and Rue Dell Smith have served as Executive Board Members. We have met three (3) times since J~ 1 to discuss the business of the East Kansas Quarterly Conference. · We have made two ( 2) decisions in relation to this meeting, they were: ·

1. Rev. Gary Elder would be the speaker for this annual session 2. Due to the business load we would begin Sat Morning at 9:00 rather than 9:45

We also have two (2) recommendations to present to the East Kansas Quarterly Conference in this Annual Session.

1. We recommend that the Quarterly Conference instruct the Executive. Board to· Examfune the Constitution and ~-Laws of the Quarterly Conference, that they (The Executive Board) present to The ~ast Kansas Quarterly Conference a Recommen-ded Revision of the Constitution and ~-Laws by deleting obsolete passages and correcting descrepancies where applicable.

2. We recommend that a committee be appointed or the Ex. Bd. be designated to re-vise ~nd expand the Questionaire for ministers being licensed,ordained or com-
