Legal & Ethical Considerations:Younger listeners may find it frightening so the ad will have to be played during midday and latter on in the day when they are in school or be.Think about any offensive material you will include? We will not include any language or audio which could offend the listeners.Will you restrict younger audiences engaging with it?No, as we will not make it too scary.Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?No we won’t represent any.How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?By keeping to the ASA codes and by moderating our content.Is your product using characters/names/logos of existing ones? Yes, coca cola with permission.Will your product be sufficiently different from existing ones to not get sued for copyright infringement and how have you achieved this? Yes, as they have never done a Halloween radio advert before.
