The workshop will cover Hands-on training on our Brabender TwinLab F-20/40 twin-screw extruder (made - Brabender GmbH & Co. KG, Germany). The topics will include techniques of Food extrusion and hand-on training/ demonstraon on various food applicaons like cold (pasta), hot (ready to eat snacks) and high moisture (TVP) extrusion process or protein texturizaon and process parameters that influence the product quality characteriscs. The exclusive workshop is designed for the parcipants to provide Hands-on experience on extruder and the ability to apply in various food applicaons. Note: Limited Seats 15 Participants only
