Adrem Invest’s Process Engineering Division develops the first Liquid Steel Vacuum Degassing Plant in the world operated using mechanical pumps, for the Special Steel Mill in Târgoviște. After this successful project, Adrian Bodea obtains the patent for the technology of using mechanical pumps in the liquid steel degassing process.

1998

Adrem Invests enters the automation market, providing SCADA solutions for utility networks, through its SCADA & Automation Division.

The Process Engineering Division creates the first large-scale liquid steel vacuum degassing plant –a 100-ton plant at Moldova Steel Works, in Rîbnița, the Republic of Moldova. The production process features the technique patented by the founder ofAdrem Invest.

2001

Adrem Invest enters the utility network services market. The company takes over the electricity meter reading services from one of the most important energy companies in Romania, through its newly established Integrated Services Division.

2008

Adrem Invest strengthen its position on the SCADA market and participates in large-scale projects, for companies in fields of strategic importance at national level: gas transport, centralised heating, power distribution, administration and maintenance of public railway electrification infrastructure.

2009

The largest liquid steel degassing plant in the world is commissioned, RH 250 t, in the field of secondary metallurgy.

2010

ADREM INVEST provides services for utility networks, such as meter reading, management of electricity meter groups, electric infrastructure maintenance and power distribution network operation. The history of Adrem Invest began 24 years ago, when the two brothers - Adrian Bodea and Corneliu Bodea started a successful family business. Shortly after its incorporation, Adrem Invest became an important provider of innovative liquid steed degassing solutions in metallurgy. After 2008, Adrem Invest broadened its portfolio and began providing meter reading services for more than 1.4 million household consumers and small-sized economic agents. Adrem Invest is currently the largest provider of management of electricity meter groups and meter reading services in Romania, participating in all smart metering pilot projects carried out in the country. The company aims to become leader on the Romanian energy services market and to increase energy efficiency in projects carried out by its clients and partners.

ADREM ENGINEERING develops and implements comprehensive energy infrastructure solutions, from complex general contracting to in-house equipment developing. The company's history began in 1999, when Adrem Invest entered the automation market with its SCADA & Automation Division. What followed were 15 years of research, development and implementation of SCADA and process automation solutions. A key moment in the history of the division was the adaptation of its project portfolio to the concept of "Energy Efficiency through Technology". This process was completed in 2014, when this division became Adrem Automation, a self-standing company. Due to the broadening of the product and services portfolio and to its desire to provide its clients with the best solutions, in 2016, Adrem Automation became Adrem Engineering, part of the group of Adrem companies operating in the energy field. Adrem Engineering intends to become the leading supplier of energy infrastructure solutions in Romania and an important player in the region.

ADREM LINK promotes solutions for energy efficiency, visibility & information, operational optimisation and automation & control. The most recent company in the Group - Adrem Link - addresses both energy intensive users, such as municipalities, industrial and retail consumers, as well as the consumers in the residential sector and small-sized office buildings. This company is strategically focused on the Internet of Things, Cloud architectures and "as a Service" models, and its goal is to become an opinion leader in assimilating new technologies in Romania and to be able to ensure efficient energy consumption for its clients, through optimised operations and process visibility.

2011

The ABBC Group Holding is created, having Adrian Bodea and Corneliu Bodea as shareholders. The holding includes over 15 global coverage companies, operating in the energy and industry field.

2013

The previous divisions of Adrem Invest become self-standing companies: the Process Engineering Division becomes Adrem Industries; the Integrated Services Division retains the name Adrem Invest; the SCADA & Automation Division becomes Adrem Automation and the Green Energies Division becomes Adrem Green Power.

2014

The Adrem Companies, operating in the energy field, reposition themselves on the market, as follows: Adrem Automation becomes Adrem Engineering;Adrem Invest retains the name of the oldest company in the ABBC Group; A new company is established - Adrem Link, which joins the other Adrem Companies operating in the energy field.

Field: Energy IndustryDescription:Engineering and execution of the engineering, procurement and construc-tion plan (EPC).The scope of the contract was the automa-tion and modernisation of the substation, and the rehabilitation of existing equipment.Following the implementation of the project, all primary and secondary circuits were modernised, through the replace-ment of the medium and high voltage equipment and integration of the new equipment in CEZ DISTRIBU}IE's SCADA system.

INSTALLING SMART METERS FOR 250.000 HOUSEHOLD CONSUMERS, CUSTOMERS OF E.ON DISTRIBUȚIE MOLDOVA

Field: Energy IndustryDescription:The project is carried out in partnership with Enel Distribuzione Italy.The scope of the contract is to replace existing conventional meters with smart meters for energy consumers served by E.ON Distribu]ie Moldova.The action was launched as a pilot project. It is part of a broader plan of implement-ing and developing a smart meter system in the region of Moldavia.

GAS METER READING SERVICES FOR E.ON GAZ DISTRIBU}IE

Field: Energy IndustryDescription:The Service was provided for Mass Market and Business Market consumers; the meter park was property of E.ON Gaz Distribu]ie. The Service was addressed to over 1 million consumers served by E.ON Gaz Distribu]ie in Northern and Southern Transylvania. Data collection was carried out in the counties of Mureș, Alba, Sibiu, Harghita, Cluj, Bistri]a-N`s`ud, S`laj, Maramure[ and Satu Mare.

Field: Energy IndustryDescription:Engineering and execution of the engineering, procurement and construction plan (EPC).Scope of the contract: automation and modernisation of the 110/20kV substation and rehabilitation of the existing equipment.The project included full replacement of the high voltage equipment, the rehabilitation of two high and medium voltage transformers, of the ventilation system and of the auxiliary equipment and execution of civil constructions.All primary and secondary circuits were modernised, through the replacement of medium and high voltage equipment and the new equipment was integrated in CEZ Distribuție's SCADA system and the existing construction was rehabilitated.
