At 17,000 squarefeet, the clubhouse is five times the size of the old facility, when itconsisted of a simple golf pro shop and a modest restaurant and bar.According to Rob Buono, who along with his parents Bob andRosemary, has owned Eastlyn for the past eight years, a primefocus of the new Greenview Inn will be on the food. Buono is anexperienced chef who relishes the opportunity to bring a gourmetexperience to diners in East Vineland. He describes the cuisinethat will be served to gourmands (from all over the region, hehopes) who visit the Greenview Inn as American with aMediterranean twist. That culinary focus dovetails nicely withthe architectural and interior design evident from the front lobbyto the banquet room at the rear of the building.The modern and masculine Mediterranean design of the fronthalf of the facility is geared towards the golfing clientele that willfrequent the clubhouse by day.
