    Forgotten People, Navajo Nation stand in solidarity with the Algonquins of Barriere Lake and

    support your Court case against Resolute Forestry and the Quebec Ministry of Natural

    Resources. Here in Arizona, Forgotten People is in Court opposing Peabody Western Coal

    Company to protect sacred land, stop relocation for expanded coal mining and the destruction ofhistoric, sacred and cultural sites.

    Forgotten People supports your right to community monitoring of forestry and for community

    needs to be addressed. Forgotten People hopes you raise the funds you need to file an injunction

    to protect native lands, water sources, preserve and sustain the Algonquin language and culture

    and that achieve free, prior and informed consent, respect of the community to protect native

    land use and drinking water of millions. Your actions will affect the .

    If Resolute and the Crown and Copper One intend to mine on Indigenous lands they must

    comply with these standards.
