Separateeachrunner(A)intotwopartsbyextendingtheguide(i)andpushinguponthelever(ii)whilecontinuingtopullapartthetwocomponents.Theguideshouldseparateeasilyfromtherunnerwithouttoomuchforcebeingapplied.

Usingthelowersetsofpre-drilledholes,alignwiththeholesontherunners(A)andfixtothecabinetusing6x16mmwoodscrews(B)aspicturedabove.

Onbothsidesofyourcabinet,drawahorizontalline422mmupfromthebottom.Measuringfromthefrontofthecabinetalongtheselines,markoutthepre-drillholesat37mm,229mmand475mmaspicturedabove.Usea2mmdrillbittopre-drillholestoadepthofroughly2.5mm.

Slidethebackplasticcatchesofthebinlidalongthetopofthelidbracketsuntilbothplasticcatchesfallintothechannelsattheback.Thefronttwoplasticcatchesshouldfitintothefrontchannelsatthesametime.

Carefullyslidetheguidebackintotherunner.Therunnersshouldopenandclosesmoothlyifassembledcorrectly.Extendtherunnersoncetheyhavebeencorrectlyreassembled.

Usingthetopsetsofpre-drilledholes,alignwiththe2nd,5thand7thholesonthelidbrackets(C)andfixtothecabinetusing6x16mmwoodscrews(B)aspicturedabove.

Placethebinframe(D)carefullyontotheextendedrunners,aligningtheholesandthensecuringintoplacewiththe4xM48mmscrews(E).Note: Supporttherunnersfromunderneathwhenscrewingtheframeintoplace.Donottightenscrews.

Slidethedoormountbracketsontotherunnerbrackets(i),ensuringtheheightadjustmentscrews(H)slipintothenotches(ii).Screwthroughthetopandbottomholesoftherunnerbrackets,ensuringtheyareascentredaspossible,using4xM516mmscrews(J).Nextattachthe2xM58mmscrews(I)throughthemiddleholesofeachrunnerbracket.

Ifrequired,youcannowadjustthedoorpanelbytighteningorlooseningthescrewsaspicturedabove.Oncedoorisaligned,tightenthefourscewsthatsecuretheframetotherunners.
