To Whom It May Concern: This Letter serves to Document the Character and Qualifications of Captain Bryan Davis, should he seek employment with another Organization.

Bryan has worked as MASTER on the 100 ft Offshore Supply Vessels (OSV), M/V AMPOL RECOVERY and M/V AMPOL RESPONDER, for approximately 2.5 Months. As Port Captain of these vessels, I have observed and evaluated Capt. Bryan during his entire Tour of Duty.

Bryan Davis is an Exceptional Captain with excellent Boat-Handling and Leadership Skills/Abilities. He treats both vessels as his own and ensures that they are maintained and ready to go at all times. He is the consummate-professional and interacts with Brokers, Agents, other Vessel Captains and Platform Operators to ensure that all Operations are conducted in the most Proficient manner possible. Although I would hate to lose Capt. Davis, I realize there are other opportunities in the Marine Industry where he can “grow”. He HAS made a difference on our Vessels and can always be counted on to make sound decisions.

I know that Bryan will make a valuable asset to ANY Organization seeking a Vessel Master.
