Sims Fall 2014 is all about

Being Action Oriented!As one of the three behaviours of Gen2015, on this first national conference of the term, we will focus on Taking action. We need to show proactive behaviour, be committed and engaged with the organization; and in addition we need to switch from fixed to growth mindset - while doing all of that we need to strive for excellence.

*Everyone attending SIMS should also attend Y2B - in the morning you attend a workshop and round -table at Y2B and then we head together to SIMS.

Dita Vania: Passion is driven by action. You can never say that you are truly passionate about something unless you've given your all to turn it into reality.

Maja Ceglar: About 2 years ago I took action and decided, that enough is enough and I tried something different. So I joined AIESEC. It has been a heck of a journey so far, and I'm sure that much more is still to come for me. So take action in everything you do in AIESEC and in life! Be an important element of this Action Oriented generation!

Amna Kapić: "If I had to sum up the main learning points of my AIESEC career, it would sound like this - Be phenomenal or be forgotten! Your time in AIESEC is limited. Make the best out of it. Before you even realize, your term, project, conference has come to an end. Don't regret anything and don't settle! Don't settle for the second best and always remember you are part of organization that strives to change the World. Changing the World takes commitment, sweat and persistence."

Davor Pejić: Hey, I am Pejo and I am AIESEC-er almost 4 years. As you will see on conference I am the most unusual civil engineering student that you ever met. I am from Croatia but I am born in Slovenia. PS: This SIMS will be the best ever so you don't want to miss it!
