Stephen McMahon Managing Director Asset Risk Consultants (Jersey) Limited (ARC)After completing a BA (Hons), MA (Oxon) in Economics & Management from Oxford University, Stephen qualified as an accountant with the tax office of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in London before embarking on a consultancy career with PwC. Following large consultancy projects for telecoms companies in the UK, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland, Stephen joined the Bank of England, where he reviewed operations in the Economic and Financial Markets divisions of the central bank.

Stephen leads ARC’s team in Jersey and is responsible for ARC’s manager selection research team.

Stephen holds the Securities and Investment Institute Diploma, is a Chartered Fellow of the same institute, and was awarded the Chartered Wealth Manager designation.

Edward Loader Managing Director Integritas Wealth PartnersEdward is a co-founder and Managing Director of Integritas Wealth Partners. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Edward holds a variety of professional qualifications including the CISI Masters in Wealth Management and the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.

Edward has over 10 years of wealth management experience, working with private clients and intermediaries in developing investment and holistic wealth solutions. Before establishing Integritas Wealth Partners, Edward’s most recent role had been as a Director in the investments department of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Wealth Management, moving to Jersey in 2013 from RBC’s London office.

Edward sits on the CISI Jersey committee, and has recently been appointed as President.

Lee Morris Investment Director Quilter Cheviot Investment ManagementLee Morris is an Investment Director at Quilter Cheviot, responsible for providing investment advice to trust; corporate; institutional; and private clients. Lee has a strong track record in managing an array of investment mandates for a highly diverse international client base.

Lee is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI). He holds an MA (Hons) in Management and Economics, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a Graduate Diploma from the London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management & Economic Research. He has been lecturing on the JIBS University Centre’s BSc (Hons) International Financial Services degree since its inception and he regularly guest lectures for professional institutions in areas of economics and financial markets. He is a special advisor to the CISI, providing guidance on fixed interest markets.

Edward Smith Head of Asset Allocation Research RathbonesEdward supports Rathbones’ investment process with proprietary macro-based, multi-asset research and is a member of the strategic asset allocation committee.Starting his career at BlackRock, working with liability-driven investment solutions for institutions, Edward joined Rathbones in 2014 from Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, where he was the Global Strategist and Co-Lead Manager of their Risk Enhanced Multi-Asset Portfolio service.He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Continuing Education committee for CFA UK, helping to set the educational agenda for the investment analyst profession and ensuring it keeps abreast of the very latest ideas. Edward has completed a course in Quantitative Economic Methods at Birkbeck, University of London, and received an MA from the University of Oxford. He is a member of the Society of Business Economists.Edward is a published expert on risk management for multi-asset portfolios, recently appearing in Quantitative Approaches to High Net Worth Investment, edited by Andrew Rudd and Professor Stephen Satchell.

Maya Prabhu Managing Director, Wealth Advisory Services Coutts & CoMaya joined Coutts in 2008 and is head of Wealth Advisory Services. As a specialist, she advises clients and their families on family governance, wealth and business succession planning, philanthropy and next generation development. She has extensive experience in facilitating family meetings, providing tailored one-to-one advice, designing education programmes and creating thought leadership on wealth succession, philanthropy and family business. She leads Coutts’s flagship next generation programme – the ‘Coutts Fellowship’.

She currently serves on the Boards of Social Entrepreneurs Trust and RBS Social and Community Capital.

She is a member of the faculty of the Family Firm Institute (Boston) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and guest lectures on Imperial College’s Family Business programme. She practises as a volunteer community mediator.

Robert Alster Head of Research Close Brothers Asset ManagementAfter University Robert worked in the coal mining industry for 8 years and then joined Fleming Investment Analyst as a Capital Goods Equity Analyst. He later moved to American Express Asset Management and then UBS Brinson where he followed the Global Capital Goods equity sectors. He then worked for 13 years with Alliance Capital in a number of equity roles: Analyst, Portfolio Manager and Head of Research, before moving in 2014 to Close Brothers Asset Management where he is Head of Research. Robert has an MA from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management.

Victoria Hoskins Investment Director Rathbone Greenbank InvestmentsVictoria is an Investment Director with over 15 years’ experience in providing and managing investment solutions to Charity and Pension Fund trustees, as well as to individuals, including those with bespoke or complex investment requirements.

Victoria is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and an experienced Trustee, principally for the LankellyChase Foundation, an early adopter of the UNPRI, latterly chairing the Investment Committee.
