1 - CRNI RIZOT "risotto"is the basis of Croatian cuisine. Every area has its variations based on local products. One of the best known national dishes is risotto with cuttlefish ink. At the beginning it was a poor dish, whose black color came from the ink of the squid, now it is widespread on all Mediterranean kitchens thanks to its tastiness. 2 - PASTICADA Pasticada is a dish of beef stewed cooked in red wine sauce, very popular in Croatia. It requires a long and meticulous preparation, which includes a special marinating of the meat for at least 24 hours. It is usually accompanied by dumplings or large noodles. 3- PEKA The peka provides for the cooking of meat or fish under the bell, a typical lid, which alllows you to concetrate all the flavor and smell of food inside the preparation pan. In many houses of the village, there is a particular place on the ground floor to prepare it. 4- CEVAPCICI the cevapcici are spicy meat bull. Among the most popular dishes in Croatia, they are found everywhere, both in restaurants and special take-away bars. They are served accompanied by fresh onion, paprika and ajvar.

FOURTH DAY:Visit to the old part of city.Night spent in the same hostel. FIFTH DAY:visit to Pola's termal baths. In the afternoom visit to Rovigno and thento Parenzo by bus. SIXTH DAY:In the morning visit to the Buzet and in theafternoom to Montona.Arrival in Milano by plane at 18:40.
