To, Estate ControllerDear Sir I would like to let you know what is the reason and main problems that makes the production of BCE tea factory finish late around 8.30pm on 29/5/2014. The reason and problems as following.

1. Green Leaf The total amount of g/leaf production are 4900kgs All the leaves were very long and contains a lot of weeds (field 86 & 87) The amount of weeds collected by factory worker around 80-90kgs The number of g/leaf loader were only 3workers. The g/leaf processing finish around 6.25pm.

2. Burner The burner were stuck around 14times due to highly contains of fibre. Each time when the burner stuck its will take around 10 to 20 min to restore back.

3. Conveyor The conveyor wire breakdown around 8.30am make us to stop the production for 30min due to the electric trip ( checked by ramu). At 9.00 am we were load the g/leaf manually using the tea sacks until 11.00 am. Around 12pm we stop the production due to Mr.Ramu check the main electric box and change the contactor and overload. (around 30 to 40min) Around 1 pm we restart back our production as normal.

4. Others The g/leaf loaders having the back pain due to not enough loaders to load g/leaf. We were request for some workers with conductors but there were no any response from them and we didnt received any field workers to help. Yesterdays production were fully run by 7 workers even its run manually.

Sir this are the main problems and reason that makes the production finish late.
