The jewelry industry is poised for a promising future. Annual global sales of 148 billion areexpected to grow by 5 to 6 percent in the coming years.
The industry is as dynamic as it is growing fast. Some big trends are shaping the industrygrowth: the internationalization of brands; the growth of branded jewelry, the emergence
of new typologies of customers; changes in the distribution landscape (online and offline);more hybrid consumption from consumers, who are starting to trade both up and down,also when it comes to buying jewels; and blurring lines between fine jewelry and fashionjewelry. How could those trends shape the future of Forevermark and its value proposition?

BRIEF
Candidates are requested to complete an in-depthresearch and analysis of the Forevermark brand identity,positioning and offer and confront it with some of itsmost iconic competitors operating in the global scale butalso with growing local jewelry players.
Following their analysis, candidates will present asynthesis of their insights and develop a brandingproposal for Forevermark to allow the company to benefitfrom the aformentioned trends.
The consistency between the project proposed and theForevermark positioning will be considered a fundamentalelement of the project.
AUDIENCE
The competition is open to professionals and graduates increative disciplines willing to acquire marketing and brandmanagement skills, as well as business and social sciencesgraduates who wish to deepen their knowledge of theluxury sector. All candidates should be passionate and eagerto pursue a career in a luxury company.
JURY
Projects will be selected and evaluated by the Faculty ofthe Master in Luxury Brand Managementand the DomusAcademy Fashion School.

PRIZES
One scholarship covering 70% of the totaltuition fee of the Master Program
One scholarship covering 50% of the totaltuition fee of the Master Program

Prizes will be calculated on the standard tuition fee amountingto 24.990 (matriculation fee is not included)The award will be considered valid upon the acceptance of the

MASTER PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Nowadays, luxury brands require a new breed ofmanagers, capable of managing both marketing, businessand creative imperatives.The Master program in Luxury Brand Management willallow participants to develop a global and transversalvision of the luxury business, some solid marketing &managerial abilities combined with the capacity to dialogwith designers and creative people.
The Master focuses on the Luxury industry in a transversalway from luxury personal goods (Fashion, Watch & Jewelry,
Fragrances) to experiential luxury services categories(Gastronomy, Hospitality, Collectibles, etc). During thecourse of the program, participants will work in closecollaboration with leading Luxury experts and with someof the most prestigious Italian and international Luxuryrealities.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates holding a first-level academic diploma or BAdegree, or about to graduate within the academic year2013/14 and with a knowledge of the English language(IELTS 5.0 academic or equivalent certificate minimum).

Every moral or paternity right as to the project remainsproperty of the author. The projects sent to DomusAcademy will not be returned. All the material mustbe the result of an unpublished work developed by thecandidate, not to be used by the candidate in other orprevious occasions.Participants that will be selected accept that part of theirwork will be published on Websites and/or Social Mediachannels of the institutions involved.
