1. Each buyer must be properly registered and have a buyer’s number.

2. The Bids – The auctioneer will settle any dispute as to bids. His decision is final.

3. Payment – Cash or check the day of the sale make payable to Rancher’s Horse Sale.

4. Title – Title and risk of loss passes to the buyer when the auctioneer says sold.

5. Condition – All horses sell as is. It is the respon-sibility of the buyers to examine the horses prior to purchasing. Any information printed or an-nounced is intended to be used as a guide and is in no way guaranteed to be accurate. Please examine the horses carefully.

6. Sifting – The horse sale committee has the right to sift a horse any time prior to the horse selling.

7. Health Test – All horses have tested negative for Coggins and health papers for interstate ship-ment will be available.

We’ve branded on him this spring and just started using him to doctor over the past year. He has never offered to buck but will watch things that move on the ground and try his best to get away from whatever it is. Great to catch and shoe.

Our 14-year-old son rode him all last summer on the ranch and for a young horse did wonderful. “Rocko” is a little horse that doesn’t know it. He has a lot of heart – gives 110%, strong on a rope, catty on rough ground, sure footed in the hills, and isn’t intimidated easy. His athletic ability and cow sense make him fun to ride inside and he is smooth and comfortable on a long day outside. He is good to catch and shoe and has experience all the chores that ranch life has to offer. He has a couple small scarson his feet.

“Pistol” is a big, strong, gelding with lots of go. I really enjoy ranching on him. He can trot for hours, has no bad habits, and is really tough. He’s pleasant to be around and is nice in the corrals. We halter broke a bunch of colts and calved heifers this past winter on him. I used him to pack salt last year on one of our allotments and he was super. Not a bunch of experience roping, but he’s level headed enough that it’s not a big deal.

“Donkey” is a 2012 Gelding. He has been roped of off, doctored, shown in reining cow horse and western dressage. He has given riding lessons to children. Worked in the Nevada dessert and Feed lot. He has even done show jumping and can jump 3 feet. He is extremely gentle and was packing kids around at three years old. He does everything you ask and has no spook. He has been used to work colts rope cattle. Don't let his size fool you he can pull big cattle and carry anyone you put on him. He can pack a flag ride bareback and bridle-less. Extremely soft handed and has lots of get up and go when asked. Very good at cutting and reading cattle. Always reliable and kind hearted.

Fillies from the Bentz program will be started in the clinic, previewed at 8:30 am on Sale Day, June 1st, and offered for sale - Lots 28 - 33.

This is a private eventto ensure total focus on the youth.
