1. This amazing nutrient is Omega - 3 – also known as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), is an amazing group of essential fatty acids.
2. They are vital for human health but the body can’t manufacture them – hence you have to get them through food such as fish (eicosapentaenic acid (EPA) and docosahexanoic acid (DHA) is present in seafood)
3. Alpha-linoleic acid (ALA), is found in plants and nut oil. 4. It has all the powers to lower your cholesterol, reduce high blood pressure,

1. Omega 3 fatty acids help improve mental health by helping to insulate nerve cells in the brain, allowing these nerve cells to better communicate with one another. Omega 3 deficiency may cause bouts depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and ADHD.
2. Fish oil supplementation of Omega – 3 has beneficial effects in rheumatoid arthritis and among asthma sufferers.
