Keeping Your Card and PIN Safe and Secure.

It is important that you never keep your card and PIN together. To ensure the safety and security of your funds, we advise you take the following steps:

• Report immediately if your card has been lost or stolen, or if there has been an unauthorised transaction(s)

• Never lend your card to someone else, or share your PIN with anyone

• Always shield your PIN when making payments in-store and contact us immediately if you believe your PIN has been compromised

• Only shop at reputable websites

• We advise you to change your PIN, this can be done at most ATM’s in the Visa global network. It is advisable that you do not select a PIN that can be easy to guess, such as a date of birth or part of an address.
