    3. Eligibility Criteria

    NATIOINALITY/CITIZENSHIP

    Locomotor Disability means disability of the bones, joints or muscles leading to substantial restriction of the movement of the li mbsor any form of cerebral palsy.

    (b) Visually Impaired (VI): The visually impaired persons are those suffering from blindness or low vision.
