Day 1: Amsterdam (D)

Welcome to your Webjet Europe tour. Check into the hotel and freshen up.

Optional: You can opt to join our scheduled transfer to the hotel

We take care to start your sightseeing on the next day so that you can relax after your

long flight and get over your jetlag. In the evening proceed for a delicious 3 course

dinner to get to know your group.

Day 2: Amsterdam (B)

Today after breakfast, enjoy a panoramic tour of Amsterdam.

Amsterdam has so much more to offer than the clichés of clogs, cheese and coffee

shops; it’s a city that boasts Golden Age architecture, a postcard-perfect canal network

and more culture than many other Northern European cities put together. The city

screams to be explored with museums, art galleries and eclectic neighbourhoods like

Jordaan plus — of course — the historical Red Light District.

The canals beckon as you board a glass topped boat and glide past regal mansions,

houseboats and bridges. An hour long canal cruise in Amsterdam is a rewarding

experience. Spend some free time at Dam Square with the Nieuwe Kerk (New

Church), the Royal Palace and the National Monument, Central Station, Rijksmuseum.

Day 3: Amsterdam - Berlin (B)

Today after breakfast, we begin our journey to Germany’s capital, Berlin.

A long but comfortable drive passing through the Dutch & German towns brings you

to the capital of Germany and the cultural centre. Divided during the Cold War, today

it's known for its art scene, nightlife and modern architecture. Upon arrival, check into

your hotel.

Day 4: Berlin (B,D)

We begin today with a tour of the capital. First, Pariser Platz for a quick stop at the

Brandenburg Gate, an iconic symbol of reunification. We then continue on to Unter den

Linden, the Reichstag and Alexander Platz before heading to view the infamous Berlin

Wall and Check Point Charlie, where East met West. We finish our tour with the

Topography of Terror museum, Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstrasse.

Tonight dine on Germany Speciality, Pork Knuckle at a local restaurant. After a hearty

meal, we return to hotel.

Day 5: Berlin - Dresden - Prague (B)

Today after breakfast, we depart Berlin and drive to Prague. Enroute enjoy a walking

highlights tour of Dresden, the capital of Saxony. This reconstructed city has much to offer

having been severely bombed in World War ll. Explore the old and the new Town across

the River Elba, the Opera House, the fountains of the Zwinger, The Royal Palace, The

Church of our Lady, The Royal Cathedral, The Royal Mews and The Procession of Princes

After, we continue our drive to Prague. Located on the meandering Vltava river, it is one of

the most beautifully preserved European cities.

Upon arrival in Prague, the rest of the afternoon is at leisure.

Day 6: Prague (B)

This morning we head out to see all of Prague's most famous locations such as the Old

Town Square, Spanish Synagogue and the famous Wenceslas Square. We continue to the

classical Charles Bridge, lined with 30 Baroque statues of religious figures, before

continuing to Prague Castle and the Royal Summer House, before finishing in the old

Jewish Quarter and The Old New Synagogue.

The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.

Day 7: Prague - Bratislava - Budapest (B)

Today we make our way to Budapest. We’ll stop in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia for a

walk around the Main Square in the Old Town. Admire the Classicist architecture of

Primatial Palace. Stroll through the quiet and beautiful Franciscan Square. Visit St Martin’s

Cathedral, once the coronation site of Hungarian kings.

After we have sampled Bratislava, we continue our drive to Budapest. Budapest is

Hungary’s capital which is bisected by the River Danube, and the 19th-century Chain

Bridge connects its hilly Buda district with flat Pest. Upon arrival in Budapest, check-in to

your hotel. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.

Day 8: Budapest (B,D)

Today we embark on a tour of Budapest to view the picturesque Parliament and cross the

Danube River to Margaret Island via the Margaret Bridge.

Next we head up Gellért Hill, to stop at the Citadel and take in views over all of Budapest.

We then cross the Elizabeth Bridge back into Pest, and drive to Heroes’ Square along

Andrássy Avenue before pass by the Opera and St. Stephen’s Basilica before arriving back

to your hotel. Tonight we enjoy a sumptuous Hungarian dinner!

Day 9: Budapest - Esztergom—Vienna (B)

Today after breakfast we head for Vienna. Enroute we’ll make a stop at the beautiful town

of Esztergom sitting on the Danube bank in Hungary played an important role in the

establishment of the Hungarian state 1000 years ago. Enjoy a walking tour of Esztergom.

Visit the Basilica, Hungary's largest church and the symbol of Esztergom. Pass by the

statue of King of Saint Stephen, the reconstructed remains of the former royal palace,

Víziváros, or Watertown, built on the banks of the Danube, is home to several baroque

churches and the Christian Museum. Drive through the Maria Valeria Bridge over the

Danube that joins Hungary & Slovakia.

After lunch we continue our drive to Vienna, the capital of Austria. Upon arrival in Vienna,

check in to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 10: Vienna (B)

Today after breakfast, we get to know Vienna. Drive along the famous Ringstrasse

boulevard to admire buildings such as the Vienna State Opera, City Hall and Hofburg

Palace, once home to Marie Antoinette. Also, view the Danube Tower, the United Nations

Building and the Schonbrunn Gardens. Later enjoy some free time at the Prater area. After

lunch the rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 11: Vienna - Salzburg - Innsbruck (B)

After breakfast we make our way to Innsbruck. On the way we enjoy a tour of Salzburg.

See the famous sites like the Mozarteum and Mozart's residence, and pass over the

Staatsbrucke and into World Heritage-listed Old Town, where you’ll see its renowned

Baroque architecture and resplendent Salzburg Cathedral (Salzburger Dom). Admire

Castle Leopoldskron, which was used as part of the Von Trapp family home in the film

‘The Sound of Music,’ and enjoy splendid views of Fortress Hohensalzburg.

After lunch we continue our drive to Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol. Upon arrival in

Innsbruck, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12: Innsbruck - Venice (B)

We begin today with a walking tour of Innsbruck to introduce you to the Golden Roof or

'Goldenes Dachl', an ornate Gothic balcony erected by the Emperor Maximilian I decorated

with gold painted copper shingles, the Imperial Church and the 'Hofburg' or Imperial

Palace.

Later your journey takes you on a drive past quaint villages, medieval castles and fruit

orchards and cutting across the fertile Adriatic Plains, to the magical lagoon city of Venice.

Upon arrival in Venice, check into your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 13: Venice (B)

Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Nothing prepares you for the captivating city of

canals and palaces – Venice is simply unique! Built on 117 small islands, it is a pedestrian's

city, so get set for a guided walking tour. We board a water taxi and glide romantically past

fairy-tale palaces, through incredible miniature canals to the Piazza San Marco (St. Marks

Square), where you disembark. Napoleon dubbed the Square the 'finest drawing room in

Europe' for its constant carnival atmosphere! Witness the bronze Moors striking the hour,

as they have been doing for the past 500 years! From there to the Doge's Palace, connected

by the 'Bridge of Sighs' to its prisons. It was from here that the legendary lover Casanova

made his famous escape! End this exciting tour with a brief visit to a Murano Glass

Showroom for a demonstration in glass blowing. The rest of the afternoon is then at leisure.

Day 14: Venice - Padova - Rome (B)

Today after breakfast we embark on a drive to Rome. Enjoy a guided city tour of Padova, a

city entirely surrounded by Renaissance walls and by remains of the Medieval walls. A

visit to the most modern districts will make you discover the famous attractions of the city,

such as the St. Antony Basilica, the Scrovegni Chapel, the Botanical Garden, the Prato della

Valle, admiring shining examples of the Renaissance architecture present everywhere in

town and also strolling on the Listòn, the true city centre with the very famous Caffè

Pedrocchi. After lunch we continue our drive to Rome. Upon arrival in Rome the rest of the

afternoon is at leisure.

Day 15: Rome (B,D)

'Rome was not built in a day'- the truth of this quoted adage hits you with full force, as we

pack in all the 'must see' agenda into our guided panoramic city tour. Start with the Arch

of Constantine, one of the most important commemorative monuments of antiquity and

then drive through Piazza Venezia, where the grandiose monument to the reunification of

Italy is often referred to as the Marble wedding cake! Pass the Circus Maximus - the

Hippodrome - known for its ancient chariot races. Pay tribute to the brave Gladiators of

Rome at the Colosseum before passing the ruins of the Roman Forum and stop at the

famous Trevi Fountain. We then journey to The Vatican the smallest nation in the world! It

boasts a priceless art collection and is probably per square foot the richest country in the

world. The most famous square of The Vatican is St. Peter's Square with St. Peter's Basilica,

one of the largest churches in the world. Gaze in awe at Michelangelo's Pieta.

Day 16: Rome - Florence

Today we make for Florence. Enroute enjoy a guided walking tour of Orvieto. Orvieto is

located on a volcanic rock 300 feet above the gorgeous Paglia Valley. The city is known for

having one of Europe's most architecturally important Cathedrals, the 14th-century Orvieto

Cathedral.

On arrival in Florence, we check into the hotel. Florence is a shrine to the wonders of the

Renaissance, with more artistic treasures per square meter than any other city in the world!

This afternoon we commence with a visit to the remarkable Duomo, which is the fourth

largest cathedral in the world. It dominates the city's skyline and still defines its scale – no

building in town is taller! Besides it is the 'Gate to Paradise' – the heavenly gilded bronze

doors of the Baptistry, originally a pagan temple and the open-air gallery in Signoria

Square. Walk on the famous Ponte Vecchio, the oldest surviving bridge in the city.

Day 17: Florence - Pisa - Cinque Terre (B)

After breakfast we had to La Spezia. However before we arrive into La Spezia, no trip to

Italy is complete without a visit to Pisa. The hometown of Galileo and a city which makes

the most of its claim to fame – its Leaning Tower! A photo stop here is a must, note its

striking beauty along with its characteristic tilt. After lunch time we continue our drive to

La Spezia where to rest of the afternoon is at leisure.

Day 18: Cinque Terre - Nice (B,D)

Today we drive across the Maritime Alps and the Italian and French Riviera to arrive at

Nice. Upon arrival in to Nice we check into the hotel before continue for a tour of the old

town of Monaco-Ville and enjoy a walking tour of the famous sights which include the

Palais du Prince - the Palace of the Rainier family and Cathedral of the Monaco-Ville which

contains the tombs of Monaco’s former princes.

Tonight we enjoy a delicious 3 course dinner in Nice.

Day 19: Nice - Dijon (B)

Today enjoy a drive through French countryside to arrive at Dijon, the capital city of the

Burgundy region in eastern France, one of the country’s principal wine-producing areas.

The rest of the afternoon is free to explore Dijon.

Day 20: Dijon - Beaune - Dijon (B)

Today after breakfast we take a short drive to Beaune, a walled town at the centre of the

Burgundy winemaking region in France. We enjoy a visit to a local winery and view the

process of wine making. We then have a in depth tasting of 6 great Burgundy wines (3

whites, 3 red) in the tasting room. After, we head back to Dijon to embark on a tour of the

city. Dijon is famous for Dijon mustard, however the capital of the province of Burgundy

has lots more to offer than just this condiment. We start the Owl Trail named after the stone

owl at the Notre-Dame church. Look for the tiny owl on the facade of the church and don’t

forget to stroke it for good luck and to ensure you will return! Walk through the sights like

the Philippe le Bon Tower, then see the nearby Palais des Ducs, Musée des Beaux-Arts and

many more sights of this wonderful city.

Day 21: Dijon - Paris (B)

Today after breakfast, we take a leisurely drive to Paris, the ‘City of Lights’. On arrival, the

rest of the afternoon is at leisure to explore the city of love.

Day 22: Paris (B,D)

This morning we enjoy a panoramic city tour of Paris. Viewing monuments like the

pyramid of the Louvre, Garnier’s Opera, the River Seine, the Place de la Concorde, the

Champs Élysées the Napoleanic Arc de Triomphe and the Hôtel des Invalides and the

famous Eiffel Tower. The rest of the afternoon is then at leisure. Tonight we enjoy a

delicious 3 course dinner.
