PLACE: Sports hall “Samobor” in Samobor, Andrije Hebranga 26a (like last year)

TYPE OF COMPETITION: Kumite (E.K.O. kumite rules)

CATEGORIES:

MEN WOMEN

Lightweight -65 kg Lightweight -50 kg

Middleweight 65-75 kg. Middleweight 50-55 kg

Heavyweight 75-85 kg. Heavyweight 55 - 60 kg

Super Heavyweight + 85 kg Super Heavyweight + 60kg

***NOTE*** In the absence of competitors per category, organizer will merge

categories into one

REGISTRATION OF COMPETITORS: Registration of competitors for tournament

will be available online, on web page www.softlab.hr/kumite/ from 01th September –

2nd October (deadline); please contact us and we will send you USERNAME and

PASSWORD for online registration ( branch chiefs or team leaders)

ACCOMMODATION: hotel HOLIDAY*** (address: Zagrebačka avenija bb, 10 090 Zagreb, Croatia - exit “ZAGREB ZAPAD” – near shopping center METRO)

PRICES: - 30,00 € per night per person (three bed) - breakfast included

- 35,00 € per night per person (two bed) - breakfast included

- 45,00 € for single room- breakfast included

Accommodation for country representative and for one referee or judge is paid by

organizer.

SCHEDULE:

Friday 13th October 2017:

- Arrival of all participants at hotel till 17.00h

- 18.00-20.00-competittors registration /medical examination

- 20.00-welcome party (paid by organizer)

- 21.30-draw

Saturday 14th of October 2017:

- 11.00-briefing of the referees

- 13.00-the beginning of the tournament

- 20.00-Sayonara party (paid by organizer)

Sunday 15th of October 2017:

- check out from the hotel / departure

If you are planning to arrive by plane or train please fill out the attached

TRANSPORT FORM so we could organize your transportation to the hotel. If you

need a visa, please notify us so we can organize issuing visas for your team upon

arrival on Croatian border.
