LSU’s internal auditing program is recognized globally as the leader in internal audit education. Faculty and students have won numerous international awards, including the International CIA Student High Achievement Award on the CIA exam 18 of the last 25 years.

Full-time Track

CurriculumCurriculum is administered on a semester basis. Students attend Launch week before they begin the program and work in a professional internship during the summer after their first year of school.

Requirements j GMAT score of 600 or above or an

equivalent GRE score

j 3.0 undergraduate GPA from a four-year accredited university

Fundamentals j Earn a traditional MBA in 22

months.

j No work experience or pre-requisite classes are required.

j Students are able to use elective credits to specialize in different areas of business. Three electives equal one specialization.

JD/MBAThe JD/MBA dual degree track is designed for students who intend to earn both a Juris Doctor and an MBA concurrently. Degrees are offered through the Paul M. Hebert Law Center and the E. J. Ourso College of Business.

j Students earn 12 hours of credit toward the JD for courses completed in the LSU Flores MBA Program and 18 hours of credit toward the MBA for courses in law school. Both degrees are completed in four years.

Application DeadlinesAll campus-based programs accept students every fall semester.

Full-time track:Round 1: December 6Round 2: February 7Round 3: April 4Final deadline: May 15

Professional and Executive tracks:A late fee is required for all applications received after May 15 for the upcoming fall semester per the LSU Graduate School deadline. The LSU Flores MBA Program will accept applications through mid-July.

Online Track:The online track has six start dates a year, and the application deadline is four weeks before the desired start date. Start dates are available at lsuonline.lsu.edu.
