APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Director Spears moved to approve the minutes of the January 22, 2019 Orange EconomicDevelopment Corporation Meeting. Second to the motion was made by Vice-President Smith whichcarried unanimously.

PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing was held for the purpose of receiving public comments regarding financialincentives for The ITEX Group related to infrastructure improvements at Cypresswood VillageResidential located near Cypresswood Drive, Orange, Texas 77630 in an amount not to exceed$350,000 for the purpose of economic development.

The public hearing began at 5:01 p.m.

Mr. Trahan and Cisco Abshire, ITEX Group, gave a brief overview of the project.

Director Moffett and Director Mello arrived at the meeting.

The public hearing closed at 5:06 p.m.

Council Member Pernell arrived at the meeting.

DISCUSSION/ACTION

The Corporation met in closed executive session at 5:09 p.m.

RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION

The Corporation reconvened in open session at 5:35 p.m.

TAKE ACTION AS NECESSARY REGARDING ITEM 6 A (1) ABOVE.

No action was taken.
