22. lta logistics vs enrique varona (lta enters fraudulent papers as proof of damages)
DESCRIPTION
LTA needs to prove over $15,000 in damages to qualify for Circuit Court juisdiction. They do not have it, so they claimed these 11 credit card payments made to a Califonia company named National Positions. It is illegal to use credit card receipts fraudulently more so filling these into the Court for the record. This is a terminal issue LTA has created for itself. Please note that I spoke to National Positions Soe in California today. They are aware of the claim by LTA thatthose invoices were for the removal of videos from Google / YouTube. The manager there is a gentleman bythe name of Brad and he told me that they would never have videos removed from Google / YouTube becausethat is a service they do not provide, basically he told me that those bills were for payment of web siteoptimization programs they provided LTA.
Please provide me with the invoices that National Position sent LTA were they are collecting this money for theremoval of videos from Google / YouTube.
Since so far what you gave me are printouts of American Express payment records made to this company.
