System assigns the application to the Department head who must now assign role players to see this application through.

System assigns each role player a ‘scrutinize’ assignment, as well as ‘Legal Dept.’

System monitors each ‘scrutinize’ before continuing with the application process, which is the Requesting of Comments

The Application may be held until all comments received, or may continue with evaluation (User’s Option)

Opposed Route – The system guides through compiling the CPC report (Ex letters) and Authorising the CPC report.

Opposed Route – The system guides Setting Committee Hearing dates, Capturing Outcomes, and Re-schedules hearings.

The Un-Opposed route

The system guides the user through the compiling of the “Approval Letter” as opposed to the “CPC Report”

The Capturing of the Outcome Routine follows.

The last step is to Capture the Outcome, which is done by selecting a Status.

Comments Management – Withdrawn, Negative, and Conditions.
