Te Cave Creek Uni ed School District has embarked on a new Strategic Plan or Excellence, its rst since1999. Beginning in March 2006, a series o Focus on Education Forums were held to enable various stake-holders to share their ideas and thoughts on how to assist CCUSD in planning or a success ul uture. From
these orums came our major emerging themes and trends that have set the stage or the planning process.On October 10, 2006, the Cave Creek Uni ed School District Governing Board approved the strategicramework to develop the plan. Since then, several committees have been working on action plans or theour key initiative areas and twelve goals established by the Governing Board. Te end result is a Strategic
Plan or Excellence that will guide decisions or resources, budgets and administrative priorities or the nextve years that will put Students First...People Always!
