Designated ContractsIn South Carolina, our center has an integrated call
center to provide the call center support for the following agencies:
• DSS Connect: Food Stamps Application• SC Medicaid/ HealthyChoice• DHEC Appointment Scheduling • Homeless Management Intake System (HMIS) • National Suicide Hotline
• 2-1-1: Health and Human Resources Information and Referral

Agency Updates• It is a requirement that we verify your agency’s
information every 12 months at the minimum• Can be updated as often as the agency would like• Agencies can go online to make their updates or
you can contact us directly over the phone, by emailing/faxing agency survey form, or schedule a face-to-face meeting.
