Document No.: SWI-06-002Rev NC Date: 8/13/2010Prepared By: A. Schrillo

1. Beginning of class, explain to students the proper use of dry erase boards.

2. Develop course material so that it can be divided into 20-25 minute sections

3. Before moving onto the next section, quiz students using dry erase boards with no more than 5 questions to see how well class understands course material.

4. Make the quiz questions simple yes or no, true or false.

5. Evaluate the answers you have just seen, and determine whether or not to move on to the next section.

6. Never allow visitors to sit in front of classroom to avoid distractions

7. All classes must have a final examination. Use only multiple choice or true and false format.

8. After training is complete distribute anonymous class evaluation forms to students.

9. Record evaluation results to analyze what improvements can be made for future training sessions .
