Study tips Give yourself the best chance during finals week with these top 10 study tips!

Give yourself enough time to study (don’t cram last minute!)

Organize your study space

Use flow charts and diagrams

Practice on old exams

Explain your answers to others

Organize study groups with friends

Take regular breaks

Snack on "brain food" like nuts, yogurt and blueberries.

Plan your exam day – don’t forget your #2 pencil or anything else that will be needed for test taking

Drink plenty of water for your brain to work at its best

Congratulations to the class of 2017 – you did it! Commencement will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, in the College Center. Be sure to use #SCCgrads for your chance to be featured on SCC’s social media. A special graduation filter will be on Snapchat, too!

SCC’s Show Choir will perform A Tribute to Musical Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 11, and Friday, May 12, in the FAB theater. This event is free and open to the public.
